Varsity Boys Lacrosse Faces Benjamin in Regional Semis
On 5/1/24, the varsity boys lacrosse team traveled to The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens for the Class 1A Region 2 Semifinals. The Pirates put up a good fight against the Buccanneers but ultimately fell 6-18 to finish out their season.
Luke Herrman led the Pirates on the scoreboard with 3 goals. Scoring 1 goal each were Connor O'Brien, Will Russell, and Reed Sternberg. Providing 1 assist apiece were Harrison Hardin and Brady McCoy. Keegan Nyman led the Pirates in ground balls with 9 and faceoff wins with 20 of his attempted 28. Stone Colgan and Beckley Waldrop each recorded 2 takeaways. Edwin Provancher made 7 saves at goal.
