We’re thrilled to share that the 2025 JRA Fall Enrichments Catalog is here! This season is packed with exciting afterschool opportunities and special pop-up events that give students the chance to learn, create and have fun with friends. From sports and science to arts and adventures, there’s something for every interest. Each enrichment is led by SES faculty or staff members, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for every child.

🎬 Wicked Movie Magic - Red Carpet Pop-Up: May 9, 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. Roll out the red carpet for a magical movie experience! Strike a pose, grab a sparkly treat and enjoy a screening of Wicked with friends. Costumes welcome—glitter and glam encouraged!
🧢 Ahoy Hat Co. - Sailing Into Summer with Style: May 22, 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. Design your own custom hat in this hands-on creative session! Choose from colorful patches and fun embellishments to create a one-of-a-kind look that’s ready for summer adventures.

After School:STAY & PLAY and Extended Day Programs
JRA offers a wide variety of after-school programs for students of all ages. Once registration is open for JRA after-school and extended-day programs users can click on the link to log in to CampBrain and register. *New users will need to create a new account, then choose Start a New Application.
STAY & PLAY for Little Pirates is offered daily from 11:45 a.m. to 3:25 p.m. This program begins at 11:45 a.m. Students attending will be taken directly to the Stay & Play classroom instead of to the 11:45 a.m. pick-up line. The program ends at the end of the regular school day at 3:25 p.m. with dismissal in the Lower School parking area.
Get ready to squish, stretch, swirl, and sparkle! At Camp Slime Time, students dive into the ooey-gooey world of slime through hands-on fun, creative experiments, and messy masterpieces. Each day brings new slime recipes—from glittery galaxy slime to fluffy cloud slime, glow-in-the-dark goo, and even crunchy slimes!
Campers will learn basic science concepts while customizing their own colorful creations with scents, textures, and sparkles galore.

This dynamic and exciting after-school pastime is designed for kids who love to explore, play, and unleash their inner princesses and superheroes. Our heroes and princesses will embark on thrilling missions at different activity stations, designed to enhance agility, strength, gross motor skills, and coordination. Every activity inside and outside is a new adventure! Costumes, water bottles, and small snacks are encouraged.
An energetic and exciting soccer practice where players build skills through fun drills, creative games, and plenty of goal-scoring action! We’ll work on passing, dribbling, and teamwork in a positive, encouraging environment — helping every player grow in confidence while having a blast with friends on the field.

Does your child love music, singing, dancing, and all things Taylor Swift? Then they’ll have a blast at The Swiftie Society Club — a fun, creative, and friendship-filled after-school club inspired by the music and magic of Taylor!
Each week, students will enjoy: Karaoke sing-alongs to favorite Taylor songs Themed crafts (yes, we’re making friendship bracelets!) Dance parties and movement games Music-inspired activities and games

Ahoy, future cheerleaders! Join the Varsity Cheer Squad for an unforgettable evening at Pirate Pals on Thursday, October 9, from 3:30 – 6:15 PM. Little Pirates will be paired with their very own Varsity “Big Sis” to learn cheers, dances, and chants, and then show off their spirit by cheering a portion of the game that night!

Chess Challenge will be an opportunity for your child to make new friends, learn about chess and also have a little run about time to get some energy out! Chess Challenge is meant to be inclusive, and all levels of experience are welcome.
