Varsity Girls Basketball Blocks Minutemen on Court
The varsity girls basketball team hosted Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School on 12/13/24 in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center. Thanks to superb defense and team play, the Pirates took an early 15-3 lead in the 1st quarter and never looked back, overcoming the Minutemen on the court 39-27.
Avonti Jennings led the Pirate scorers with 19 points. Amajyn Cannon sank 12 points, and Gaby Collazo netted 7. Nahlia Hebig added 1 point in the Pirate win.
