No matter the personal interest--singing, acting, drawing or playing an instrument--our Fine Arts Department inspires and fosters the creative spirit.
What do Photography and Drama Club, a Kenya Tutoring Project, Mu Alpha Theta, Indoor Soccer, PingPong, Model United Nations and Coding Club have in common? They are all examples of student-driven clubs at school. Student Clubs, Community Service and Saint Edward’s time-honored traditions help students to meet new friends, while playing an essential role in the fabric of our School’s culture.
With an emphasis on character development, teamwork and the promotion of healthy, lifelong habits, Athletics is a fundamental part of student life at Saint Edward’s. Students can choose from a variety of fall, winter and spring sports.
Vero Beach Community
Saint Edward’s School beautiful, 26-acre campus is located along the Treasure Coast, where some of the most pristine and peaceful beaches in Florida can be found. Fronting the Indian River Lagoon, one of the most biodiverse estuaries in the Northern Hemisphere, our campus is complete with a dock and a small fleet of boats for “floating classroom” learning opportunities. Our state-of-the-art facilities include an 800-seat Performing Arts Center, an Aquatic Complex, two gymnasiums, weight and fitness rooms, a Fine Arts Center with three music studios and three arts studios, two libraries, eight science labs, a baseball field, basketball courts and athletic playing fields.
Located in an idyllic, safe, coastal community, Vero Beach was named fourth in Coastal Living Magazine’s 2018 "Top 10 Happiest Seaside Towns in America.” With an average of 235 sunny days per year, residents enjoy a wide spectrum of outdoor activities such as paddleboarding, kayaking, surfing, golf and tennis year-round. Quaint oceanside shops lined with palm trees, sprawling oaks, a historic downtown, museum and art galleries, vibrant theatre arts scene, and an abundance of nature trails and parks, are all hallmarks of Vero Beach--a “crown jewel” of the Treasure Coast.
