Admission Deadlines:
DECEMBER 1: Little Pirates (3 years old by August 1)
FEBRUARY 15: Pre-K4 - Grade 12

Applications submitted after these deadlines will be reviewed individually within our rolling admission process if space is available.

Little Pirates Application Deadline: December 1

As Thanksgiving Break quickly approaches, please keep in the mind that the application deadline for the Little Pirates Program (available to children who will turn 3 by August 1, 2025) is December 1. Admission files completed after these dates will be considered in our rolling admission process, based on availability. Candidates are required to submit an application and complete the grade-appropriate checklist items in order to complete the admission process. We encourage all applicants to apply online with our secure and user-friendly electronic application form. The online application reduces paper and allows us to process your application more quickly.

Your online admission account will enable you to start a new application, save your progress and return to the form as necessary until you are ready to submit. After submission you will be able track the status of your application and update forms as necessary.

For new families: You will need to create a username and password. To start a new application, begin online registration.

For current Saint Edward’s Families and Faculty and Staff: You will use your existing mySTEDS Username and Password to sign-in. This will allow the system to populate much of the required content. To start a new application, click here for online registration.

Thank you for your interest in Saint Edward’s School. Provided below is a checklist of the items needed for your student’s application to be considered for admission.

Please upload information as it becomes available. Completed applications received by the Admission deadlines will be considered by the Admission Committee during the first round of selection. All applications completed after these deadlines will be considered as part of our rolling admission process if space is available.

Checklist for Completed Application Files

Campus school introduction and tour for parents
Online application with photograph
Current report card/transcripts (for applicable grades)
Recommendation forms dated after November 1 (if currently in school). Forms are located in your online account checklist.
A copy of Birth Certificate
Student visits (Applicants for grades K-12) and screening are scheduled by the Admission Office

* NOTE: Applicants for grades 10, 11 and 12 may substitute the PSAT, ACT or SAT if taken within the past year.
