Cross Country Competes in Astronaut Invitational
The cross country teams traveled to Chain of Lakes Park in Titusville on 9/7/24 to compete in the Astronaut Invitational. Competing in the JV race, the girls team finished 3rd overall out of 13 teams, and the boys finished 6th out of 18 teams.
For the boys team, Jack Curley finished the race in 3rd place. Competing in his first cross country meet, Spencer Taft took 15th place. Also scoring points for the boys team were Bobby Campbell, Chris Campbell, and Jamin Dunham.
For the girls team, Jacquelyn Perrin finished in 2nd place. Teammate Sophie Cooper took home 9th place. Rounding out the scoring positions for the team were Stephanie Storts, Cadence Callaghan, and Isabella Peter.
