Straight Set Victory for Varsity Volleyball Over Patriots
On 10/1/24, the varsity volleyball team traveled to Master's Academy of Vero Beach to face off against the Patriots. The determined Pirates overpowered the Patriots on the court to win in straight sets: 25-23, 25-12, 25-8.
A true team player, Margaret Fykes recorded 23 assists, 4 aces, and 8 digs. Grace Clemente, with 10 kills and 11 digs, and Makena Rodriguez, with 10 kills and 16 digs, proved instrumental on the floor for the Pirate team. Natalee Rogers tallied 3 assists, 3 aces, and 11 digs. Maddie Moscrip provided 1 kill, 3 aces, and 8 digs in the victory, and teammate Sommer Soderman added 1 kill, 1 ace, and 8 digs.
