Varsity Girls Soccer Opens Season with Home Victory
On 11/6/24, the varsity girls soccer team hosted the Tradition Preparatory High School Pirates on Michael J. Mersky Field for their season opener. The Pirates dominated the field against their opponents, scoring 6 goals in the first half and 2 in the second half, to blank Tradition Prep 8-0.
Leading the Pirates in goals scored were senior Caroline Langsam and freshman Lilly Jensen with 3 apiece. Seniors Sofia Rojas and Natalee Rogers also put in a goal each in the Pirates' successful opening day game.
