MS Football Faces Off Against Minutemen
The middle school football team competed at home on 9/30/24 against Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School. The Pirates put up a spirited fight on the field but ultimately were defeated by the Minutemen 26-40.
Kayleb Redmon threw 2 touchdown passes for the Pirates. Triston Scent recorded 2 touchdown receptions and over 100 years receiving. He also had an interception. Cyprian McIntosh collected a fumble recovery that he returned for a touchdown, and teammate Christian Alfonso nabbed an interception that he returned for a touchdown. Eljiah Lesnik provided a fumble recovery, and Chris Curley gave the Pirates a 2-point conversion.
