Narrow Defeat in Thrilling Overtime for MS Football
The middle school football team faced off against Glades Day School on 10/17/24 on the Michael J. Mersky Field. The Pirates and Gators tussled in a back-and-forth competition on the field, finishing regulation 20-20. The Pirates ultimately lost 20-26 in overtime, wrapping up the thrilling heartbreaker against the Gators.
Kayleb Redmon threw 3 touchdown passes to Triston Scent. Jackson Parker caught the game-tying 2-point conversion with under a minute in regulation. Charlie Barnett recorded an interception.
