On 2/25/25, the varsity boys lacrosse team headed to Viera to take on Viera High School. Despite being down 2-0 at the end of the 1st quarter, the Pirates rallied on the field to take a decisive 5-3 lead going into halftime. The Hawks were unable to catch back up with the Pirates, and the Pirate team secured the victory 14-8.
Leading the scorers on the field were Connor O'Brien with 5 goals and 4 assists and Chris Campbell with 5 goals and 2 assists. Turner Barnett tallied 2 goals and 2 assists, and Keegan Nyman netted 2 goals. Providing 2 assists for the team was Charlie Corrigan. At goal, Edwin Provancher made 8 saves on 16 shots on goal. K. Nyman helped the Pirates remain in control with 12 face-off wins. Matthew Vatland grabbed 2 face-off wins and Behr Nyman saw 1.
