JV Boys Basketball Wins Tight Game Against Florida Prep
The junior varsity boys basketball team faced off at home against Florida Prep Academy on 1/22/25 in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center. With under 3 minutes to go, the Falcons took a 52-50 lead over the Pirates. Sinking his fourth 3-pointer of the day, Trip Williams helped the Pirates pull ahead to a 53-52 lead. With time running out, a Falcons' foul sent Reid Morris to the line. Morris knocked down both free throws to seal the victory 55-53.
Both Morris and Williams collected 12 points each in the game. Following closely, Trey Dunlap recorded 11 points, and Bobby Varricchio contributed 10. Syrus Cooper tallied 8 points for the team, and Braxton Adams added 2.
