Varsity Girls Lacrosse Falls Short in Heartbreaker
The varsity girls lacrosse team hosted Bishop Moore High School on 2/14/25 on the Michael J. Mersky Field. The Pirates put forth a great attempt but fell short to the Hornets 10-13.
Blair Moore led the scoring for the Pirates with 3 goals and 2 assists, followed by Bebe Busch-Dunford with 3 goals. Lily O'Brien recorded 2 goals, and Aerin Russell collected 1 goal and 1 assist. Grace Fykes netted 1 goal, and Margaret Fykes added 1 assist. At the goal, Maddie Moscrip logged 4 saves and 2 interceptions on the night.
