Varsity Boys Tennis Outhustles MCC

The varsity boys tennis team hosted Melbourne Central Catholic High School in a rematch on 4/3/25 at Riverside Park Tennis Courts. The Pirates won handily against the Hustlers 6-1.

Bringing forth Pirate wins in singles matches were #1 Jose Robledo Pretelt (8-3), #2 Nicholas Weise (8-6), #3 Rushil Sura (8-4), #4 William Suleman (8-2), and #5 Nicky Colontrelle (8-4). Winning exhibition singles matches for the boys were Aneesh Chalasani (8-2) and James Peponis (8-3).

Rounding out the successful afternoon for the Pirate team was the #2 doubles team of Weise/Colontrelle (8-2). The exhibition doubles team of Jackson Peshke and Matthew Stern also won their match 8-2.

Next game is Senior Night on 4/7/25 versus Master's Academy of Vero, starting at 3:30 PM at Riverside Park Tennis Courts.
