Varsity Boys Basketball Faces Florida Prep
On 1/22/25, the varsity boys basketball team squared off against Florida Prep in the Gonzalez-Lobo Activities Center. Desite their best efforts on the court, the Pirates fell to the Panthers 35-68.
Cody Simmonds led the Pirates on the scoreboard with 15 points and amassed 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block. Wyatt Burdick put up 8 points for the Pirates alongside 4 rebounds, 1 steal, and 2 blocks. Carson Yates tallied 5 points and 3 rebounds, and Cole Register recorded 4 points and 1 rebound. Daniel Clemente sank a 3-pointer, led the Pirates in rebounds with 6, and contributed 1 steal. Rushil Sura collected 1 rebound, 1 assist, and 1 block; and Kaleb Jones added 1 steal and 1 block for the Pirate team.
