MS Girls Lacrosse Opens Season with Victory Against Tigers
On 2/19/25, the middle school girls lacrosse team opened their season on the road at Gifford Middle School in Vero Beach. Despite the unexpected downpour, the Pirates put forth an entire team effort on the field, working together to take down the Tigers 9-4.
Abbey Carter proved instrumental at goal for the Pirates, making over 10+ saves throughout the game. A strong defensive effort was led by Linley Davis-Curley and Claire Haller, which helped the Pirates maintain control of the ball.
