Varsity Boys Lacrosse Overthrows Cardinal Gibbons
The varsity boys lacrosse team hosted Cardinal Gibbons High School on 3/7/25 on the Michael J. Mersky Field. Leading 12-0 by halftime, the Pirates remained solid on the field, only allowing the Chiefs 2 goals and winning the game with a decisive 13-2 victory.
Connor O'Brien had a standout game with 6 goals scored and 3 assists. Keegan Nyman racked up 3 goals. Tallying 1 goal and 1 assist each were Chris Campbell and Charlie Corrigan. Turner Barnett and Bobby Varricchio also netted 1 goal apiece for the Pirates. At the line, Nyman recorded 10 faceoff wins, and Varriccho saw 6.
