On 3/17/25, the varsity boys lacrosse team hosted their first game back from Spring Break in Pirate Stadium against St. Mark's School of Texas. The Pirates took an early 3-0 lead in the 1st quarter and went into halftime leading 6-2. The Lions rallied in the second half, holding back the Pirates to bring the score within 1 point in the 4th quarter. Thanks to the defensive push at the end by the Pirates, the team was successful in keeping the Lions at bay to ensure the 6-5 victory.
Leading the Pirates into battle were Keegan Nyman with 2 goals and 1 assist, and Connor O'Brien with 2 goals. Charlie Corrigan provided 2 assists. Netting 1 goal apiece for the Pirate team were Brady McCoy and Chris Campbell. Matthew Vatland provided 1 assist. At the goal, Edwin Provancher made 10 saves on 15 shots on goal. K. Nyman claimed 10 faceoff wins, and Behr Nyman saw 5 ground balls and 4 takeaways.
