MS Boys Lacrosse Opens Season at Home Against Benjamin
On 2/26/25, the middle school boys lacrosse team hosted Benjamin Middle School on the Michael J. Mersky Field for their season opener. Despite being down in the first half, the Pirates fought back in the second half to narrow the gap on the scoreboard. The Pirates fought hard through the end but fell to the Buccaneers 4-6.
Scoring 2 goals for the Pirates was Shane Carroll. Chris Curley saw 1 goal and 3 assists. Baxter Corrigan netted 1 goal for the team. At goal, Will Fox recorded 12 saves. The defensive efforts of Jack Della Porta, Max Conforti, Guy Wengler, Triston Scent, and Kayleb Redmon played a crucial role in holding back the Buccaneers.
