Varsity Baseball Plays Patriots on the Road

On 3/20/25, the varsity baseball team hit the road for Lakewood Park Baseball Fields in Fort Pierce to go up against Master's Academy of Vero Beach. Despite being down 1-4 at the bottom of the 1st inning, the Pirates rallied on the field in the top of the 2nd, bringing in 4 runs. The Pirates saw themselves shut out in the remaining 3 innings as they were overcome by the Patriots for a final score of 5-15. The Pirates are now 5-1 overall on the season.

Caden Freedman pitched 2 innings at the mound, with 3 batters struck out. Reid Morris pitched for 2.2 innings with 2 strikeouts.
