Varsity Boys Weightlifters Fair Well at State Championship
On 4/12/25, the varsity boys weightlifting team was represented at the Class 1A State Championship by freshman Rome Barker, Campbell Brown, and Brody Crookshank, at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland. The Pirates all placed at the competition, with Barker matching his Clean&Jerk personal record of 140, Brown matching his Clean&Jerk personal record of 135, and Crookshank matching his Snatch record of 190. Individual scores and places for the lifters are below:
